Beaches Boscobel

Beaches Negril

When I visited in December 2007 I was thrilled to watch the youngsters entertained by the Sesame Characters and how they engaged the youth to come on stage and dance. The pool is directly on the white sandy beach and the original pool slide has a new "lazy river" where all ages sit in tubes and float around. I personally love to walk the beach and this walk was exceptional.

The resort was built on 50 acres in a 400 acre Jamaican preserve on South Beach. Presently, there are NO other resorts in the area, just the laid back village of Whitehouse where local fishermen still set out to catch the days fish. I sent my niece there for her honeymoon and took my parents to Sandals Whitehouse for their 60th wedding anniversary. A resort for all ages.

Sandals Grande St Lucian

It is located on a peninsula with ocean front rooms of the Caribbean Ocean and beach front rooms facing Rodney Bay and the amazing St Lucia peaks of the rain forest. Sunsets over the peaks are breath taking. The resort was built by the Hyatt hotels in 1996 and sold to Sandals in 2001. Sandals just opened their Beach and Beach front Rondoval suites with Butlers and a private swimming pool. A Butler only restaurant is located on the Beach. The Irish pub was purchased in Ireland and reassembled near the main lobby.
